Now there is a "second Agreement" that remains in place , Reading it will make anyone's head spin, Whereas J&J has rights to sub license Imet and who knows depending on the approval [ If approved] They made have left open a back door, Its hard to comprehend that lead person s just jumped over to Geron after paid big $ , It all seams very strange , That and the history prior to split JMHO
