GM Jack, the best news of all is that SGMD has probably realized by now that not only do they not need to reverse split, they probably figured out by now that that was stupid for them to even announce at this still early stage right!

No PubCo is perfect, but what I wanna see SGMD mgmt. do is initiate relevant quarter over quarter growth by acquisition as they've definitely begun doing, then if/when they decide to ever do an actual reverse split, it will be for a bona fide up listing process right!

1 thing's for certain, SGMD mgmt. definitely isn't sitting on their hands! They're creating real deal measurable value with each acquisition made right glty!
