Assuming a merger (which obviously everyone has an opinion whether there will be one or not) why is everyone getting so excited that a company that only makes $3mm a year will be inheriting a bloated share structure.....oh and the approval to sell even more shares. Is Sinfit cash flow positive? Seriously, I really don’t know. If they are, then they will not need to dilute if the “merger” goes through
