In a R/M there is one survivor for reporting purposes... there are no multiple entities unless they are listed as subs under one roof... still one roof then spread the wealth... but we still don't know who will it be...

IMO it should be Sinfit since they already bringing in revenue and need an accountant for that purpose, they have the products, and retail outlets. All IGEX is bringing to the table is the ability for Sinfit to promote and market more and use going public to generate more share value and income.
