I don't follow the VIX. So I really don't know what that indicates.

3 of the 4 60 min down phases are overdue & all of the Daily down phases are overdue. The Daily high could be in. May take a couple days to get into Daily Bear territory.

So we could see some large swings here, going in & out of Daily phases.

I expect the Weekly is due for a pullback to it's UTL currently at 3200, the W-SC-2 should get confirmed on 1/27/20, then we get the last leg up (more ATHs) of this Weekly Cycle lasting about 6 weeks, should get to the 3400 level, with a Weekly correction starting sometime in March.
