JMHO - You can procrastinate on buying this now... but if you are not aware about the ongoing merger, you just might miss the Halt that will change the Name and CUSIP and readjust the pricing at that time, which will be about 90 days by EOM....or sooner.

Drilling taking place second quarter so all this must take place during first quarter... Got your tickets???
