I'm confused...where do you see any sos registration in california? Did I miss something? I saw someone posted one for Nevada and someone posted a SEC filing that says Delaware. The mailing address for the company doesn't mean squat. Unless you have a california sos registration, they are not in any way shape or form a california corpporation.

If it has been registred in Nevada, Delaware and california...then yes its a fkn mess.
