CBD LEGALIZATION BILL FILED IN HOUSE

If there ever was going to be a House version of The 2020 CBD Legalization Bill, I wasn’t expecting to see it filed until February, so I’m thrilled to see it so soon

Mitch’s predicted 2020 Senate Hemp Banking Bill with CBD Legalization inserted or attached should now more easily sail through Conference — remember, the House already passed Hemp Banking in September 2019 as part of The SAFE Banking Act, so it would make sense for them to consider a separate CBD Legalization Bill if the Senate was planning on doing so in the near future

With this move by the House, it makes more sense than ever for Mitch to include CBD Legalization in his Hemp Banking Bill, which will become the Senate’s version of the House’s SAFE Banking Act

My hypothesis for CBD Legalization being attached to the Senate’s version of The SAFE Banking Act now has some serious street cred:
