It is pretty astounding to me that this stock is still under a penny. Actually I'm surprised it is under 4-5 cents.

You have a new CEO with a bigtime history of taking bio techs he was associated with to high valuations.

You have a recent announcement of $25 M in financing.

You have a recent announcement of a new acquisition of a company that I was told has $billion potential.

You still have all of their original bio assets that are worth much more than the overall company market cap.

You have a company that is getting ready to go to a higher exchange.

You have a share structure that is very very good with not much dilution occurring.

IMO the ONLY 2 things are not many people know about it and the RS threat. But I was assured they will never do a RS until the stock is much much higher so that after the RS the stock is in a better position to be uplisted.

One of these days very soon imo you are going to wake up and this stock will be at 5 cents, 10 cents, 20 cents or more BEFORE the RS. Bio techs are hot right now. This company. will be shortly imo.
