Can't ask for much more from this management team! They are doing everything right and FOR its shareholders. Also, guaranteed triple digit growth. If you are here to flip, please gtfo.



1.) Verus will be filing its 10-K very soon, but if you are referring to some kind of buyback, that would be a future topic when the company is throwing off a lot of cash. That is the sort of thing that a more mature company would do.

2.) I can't discuss this particular topic in any detail, except to say that VRUS management has taken all of the steps that would be expected from a responsible management team. But, at the end of the day, all shareholders are masters of their own portfolios. I think that you have rightly surmised that Monaker is a reluctant seller as a company, while their own management were buyers of Verus stock. They know the value of owning a great growth stock.

3.) Triple digit growth has already been forecast, so the 10-K is really just a question of what kind of triple digit growth? The stock may get a little messy as people do the usual beginning of the year dance, but 2020 is forecast to be a breakout year for Verus in terms of revenue growth. While everyone is fretting over the worry of the day, that growth is an unrelenting force behind the scenes. Speculators will come and go from stocks like this, but for anyone looking for a multi-year growth story, nothing has changed.
