Last quarterly was wrong. The trustee was Rubin-Levin, a law firm, and I corresponded with all 4 of the lawyers listed on the documents from the bankruptcy proceedings. None of them had a good answer for why the company wasn’t dissolved, but then one informed me the debt and the equity was left attached to the shell.
It took about 5 minutes back in July for me to look up this trustee from the court documents and get their email addresses. Bottom line is the shell still carries its debt, no matter what the shell hijacker published on OTC markets, and the Trustee will tell you that just as she told me.
