Q is a remnant from their attempted Chapter 11 that eventually became a Chapter 7, which liquidated the original company’s assets and removed their debt. This might be the cleanest shell I’ve ever seen in terms of SS and debt. Whoever is merging into this is going to have to pay a premium so you’re likely to see a more established small company with growth aspirations move in here as opposed to the usual ghost companies. It’s all guesswork right now but this looks like a great play at the moment.
