there was something in the annual report that came out on each court case, but really there's not much of an update they can give, we are at the mercy of the US legal system. However long they choose to take is up to them. Sometimes it takes a few months, sometimes it takes like 12 months.

Its my opinion that the longer this stage takes, the better our chances.... if KOH applied the 101 rules correctly, i figure it would be easy for the appeals court to agree with her decision. However to overturn her, they need to be sure they have good reasoning, and they will have to take more time to decide what to do about it, and supporting documentation, and i would like to think they will take into consideration the PTABs rulings, and the recent changes to 101 that are being proposed. This all takes a lot of time, so I say the longer it takes the better.
