If there is one SCD13 published tomorrow or the next day, and it is BSX then they would own 25 to 27% of NVCN.

Like I said, "Someone got a good deal", for $10M, but only for this point in time. The more dilution the less you own.

Could have been more than one company involved in the financing.

Should be interesting.
