I can't see the importance of Cliff selling his shares or not. He should definitely have had to give up the hundreds of thousands that he received as a bonus, or was going to receive, but as for selling his own shares, meh, it's basically meaningless.

And if he did, he might need money to pay for his grandkids boarding schools or his wife wants a house on DelMarVa or whatever, how would that be relevant to share price or us?

He left XXII, maybe, because he hated living in the Buffalo area, he's sick of the tobacco industry, he's from that area in Virginia and wanted to go home, his kids live nearby, who knows? Life goes on pretty uninterruptedly by anything he's done.
