Possible to take over a 'dead board'?

There's a 'dead board' that nobody posts on, and the MOD hasn't posted anywhere on ihub since 2006. There's no "add me as a MOD" button available.

Who do I contact to be added as a MOD? Seems silly to start up a whole new board...
