They have NO contracts that I could find. It is simply trying to get grants and awards for their Fuel Optimizer. Also it expires in 3 weeks AND it has the old CEO's name attached to it.

I could list my company on SAMS - It would take about a half hour but it would mean zilch without any actual contract or grants.

Remember - this is just my opinion
