It is being pumped so that means someone has shares to move, I usually place a bid way low to see if I can shake some shares loose.

As an example we will use your ticker. The 52 week low shows .0011 and today's low .0025 so a bid somewhere between those 2 should be a good spot to buy if you think it goes higher. It was pumped to a penny a month ago so it might be a good one to throw some change at.
