I have been informed the delays on construction have been do to India and US regulation and that the QAMRONIC INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED management is confident to start commercial production in 2020.



Sounds like you were the victim of more BS. What regulation?

Now we are going from quarter 1 2020 to some time later in the year. Pretty soon these @ssclowns will be talking 2021.
