That's correct, and if memory serves (you can find the excerpt from the last qutr filing that listed this on the board from sometime last week), the better part of 1.8B shares are insider owned. Please correct me if someone has the exact figure - I don't have time to dig around just now. Anyway, that's why it moves like a low floater. There are only 700 or 800M freely trading shares, not factoring in whatever Lazar has done or is going to do here.
