Randall Goulding's SEC punishment is strictly related to his dealings with the Nutmeg Group (a private company he formerly ran), and nothing related to any specific stock.

Based on the SEC's findings, he was put on the Prohibited Service Providers List 12-17-19 by OTC Markets. This means he cannot provide direct legal services to OTC listed companies.

The State of Colorado, which is where the RS is filed, likely doesn't care or check to see if an attorney is under restrictions from another entity such as the SEC or the OTC.

Secondly, other than his financial penalties listed, I don't see any publication from the SEC that restricts him from providing services or practicing law.

In general Randy has only been listed as a "person causing the document to be filed" for State filings or the listed correspondent for communications with the trademark office. He is essentially a secretary of the company, in my opinion.

We all know that Dolkart Law is RSHN's and GRPSs Attorney, as they have done all the opinion letters, and are listed as the companies' attorneys in financials, and are listed as the provider on OTC markets since it was taken over. Randall has never been RSHNs or GRPS otc listed counsel.

Yes, the company should consider removing him in all capacities, but he is nothing more than a correspondent.

His response to the SECs findings was extended and was to be due today 1/13/20

Look at the facts folks, and confirm for yourself everything you read here.

One other thing.. I noticed that 10,000,000 shares were added to the OS on 1/7/2020. Probably some more consulting shares. And certainly not any massive dilution that some claim here.
