Yes, Wayne has reverted to using brand new tickers to make money because there will be no history/trends to follow. And a new ticker will get at least one spike, that is for sure. I'm not trying to antagonize anyone but the word Wayne Anderson together with genius is very, very false. Its like calling a bank robber a genius when really its just low morals, the position in life that you need to steal to live, the nerve to break the law and the luck to get away.
