I think it can be also said UCORE through no fault of its own has by the judges submission
suffered extensive damages by not having MRT available and was forced to use an inferior (according to IBC) technologhy...IBC through its evidence indicates MRT as the one and only superior technology we re not able to use!

IBC really put the screws to UCORE and will now pay the cost because of its actions...OTP signed sealed and delivered by use of lawyers....ITS OVER
