The company is cleaning out the archives of dead inventory sitting in broker Accts and such. Probably due to past SS behavior.

This R/S is a cleansing period at the private company's request to account for every share. In other words, no deadbeat shares and absolutely NO possible 'Greenmailing'.

He is offering an absolutely clean shell.

If you stay, you are now looking at a classic R/M.

This may work out in the end. I'm maintaining my position.
