This is the exit ramp that PCTI was looking for to break the LOI. It was all a scam from the beginning. Gee, what are the specifics on the contract in that bogus press release? Where is the 8K for the financing from the "friendly investor" who allegedly took on the debt on the books? It was all a lie. Now ELTZ is halted. Money has been lost and will never come back.

Maybe General Dynamics will help. Ha!
