Oh what a headache. After reading this document. I now know that my decision to become a metallurgical engineer and not a lawyer was correct.

First 41 items (paragraphs?) are legal stuff. From #42 on is an interesting description of what has transpired. #70 & #77 seem important. However, not being a lawyer I am at a complete loss as to what has been decided, if anything.

Can someone please interpret where we stand. Can we buy all of the shares of IBC and all of its IP (intellectual property)? Are we still in a wait & see situation?
