Yes, that's right. At least as of right now,
the justices have not redistributed them for
reconsideration at the conference on Friday,
January 17.
If they aren't redistributed, that would suggest
to me that the justices are waiting to act on the
petitions until after they decide the CFPB case,
but it's hard to know for sure.
