Why would people trust Gencanna? They just laid off 65 workers (three weeks ago +/-) which is a dead giveaway that they are in a compromised position. That and liens and even a notice of foreclosure on their Mayfield KY plant that is still non-operational. (I think it‘s in Mayfield at least).

Add an explosion and farmers suing them and it looks like Gencanna and the $30M investment made by MRMD are going up in smoke.
