I added more shares at .0379 (10k more). My experience is when I am uncomfortable with the share price but believe the fundamentals are good for the long term, to buy more. This has worked well for me in the past most of the time. OWCP management has to execute on patents, communication, and with potential partners. If that happens this will be a gold mine. If not it will be a losing proposition. JMO GLTA
