There are two parts to the answer.
1) Legally - yes
2) Reality - probably not. In order to sell short, you must be able to borrow the stock. Most OTC/pink stocks are impossible to borrow.

asking some one on here that's all in on a stock wont get you a straight answer..their answer will be HELL YEAH IT CAN>>DONT LET EM STEAL YOUR SHARES!..lol..do you onw DD ..know what you own ..know your exit strategy and target...secure your investment..dont marry OTC stocks as only one in a million will be your pipe dream ;).. for every buy..there is a sale..needs to be traded, to consolidate ….is this that 1 in a million ? well see ;)
