OPTI is not listed as delinquent. They're listed as dark and alternative reporting method. They have a Form 15 to shield themselves from any risk of suspension and have announced they are looking to get current again. The worst of it is over with dilution being close to non-existent and the rest of convertible debt will be paid through future revenues as stated per a few updates ago.

How does this not make sense to anyone?
