Happy New Year!!!
We have completed the move of our corporate offices and are ready to get back to work!
Next week MDM Energy, Inc. (the wholly owned operating subsidiary of MDM Permian, Inc.) will be travelling to San Angelo, Texas to begin re-working the Lindley 6103 oil and gas well.
As part of the process, we will be having a meeting with the principals from Firedream Resources, LLC (our funding partner for the Lindley leases) on Wednesday, January 15, to review the work schedule that MDM Energy, Inc. will implement on the Lindley 6103 well.
The first phase to be undertaken is the replacement and re-plumbing of all surface equipment, a process we estimate to take about 1 week (All surface equipment had all fluids removed except oil in the stock tank). Once the surface work is complete, we will turn the well back to production for a couple of days to check for any leaks and to make sure all the systems are working properly.
The second phase will be the actual re-work of the Lindley 6103 well. We will bring onto the location test tanks and a workover rig. Our immediate objective is to increase production from the well (current 2 BOPD) with re-stimulation of the Canyon Sand interval. This phase of the process should be complete within a week.
Once the well is put back into full production, a chemical drip system will be installed to control paraffin and other potentially damaging scenarios (scale and corrosion). At that time, we will issue a more complete and detailed report of the workover process and results. We will then begin to formulate a work schedule for the Lindley A lease, A-1, A-2 and A-3 wells.
