The way that this has been reported is incorrect. The Court of Appeal has not 'reversed' the permits, it has failed to lift the temporary injunction on them, ordering a full hearing instead. Whatever, it is more money for lawyers, more time wasted and more uncertainty for Polymet investors. It is to be hoped that the DNR can come up with a more capable set of lawyers for the contested case. As usual, nothing from Polymet!
