There is an issue with meeting the MCAP requirement by Feb 17th as stated in today's update by the company.
I could not understand that with this MCAP requirement hanging over NVCN, that management did not simply wait the 10 days for compliance once they issued the news on the PMA, but instead immediately announced the financing package, which torpedoed the stock price. After all they were funded through the first quarter of 2020.
The question on everyone's mind is, "What news can NVCN issue that would raise the share price to satisfy the MCAP requirement?
I finally concluded, and I hope I am right, that the MCAP requirement will not matter.
My guess is something of a material nature will happen to change everything, and on this subject your guess is as good as mine.
Just hoping that I am right at this point.
