Well this was a blow, but it isn't a total failure.
To R/S a 107m O/S company is an interesting outcome. Only one reason for this. The R/M into Verde Bio holdings is really a good move on that the company has clients all over the world. This company appears has already an established and what appears a sound business model.
What I'm getting out of this is that the verdegruposa company isn't interested in a startup as a pink company and from what I read into this, is that they want to move into a higher exchange.
To be reasonable in this, is that a 1:100 is a move to begin a new level of becoming public and what will follow is formal filings.
When a company reduces it's O/S to almost 0 and in this case a 1:100 on a 107m O/S brings the O/S to 1m O/Shares. This is unbelievable and tells me something is bigger than just this split.
I agree with Alabama that this could be a game changer to a much larger sequence and business model that already has a program in place.
I'm holding as I feel there is something more here than the spook event we just got.
No public company can move forward on 1m S/O and that spells something bigger is happening here and from what I have read from their Website, appears the company is well position In this green space. Not knowing the actual REV and other financial aspects makes this an interesting R/M move.
