That's the hearing to determine if the old management has "done well by existing shareholders" since the judge decided to keep WSGF under the control of the existing owners (defeating David Lazar/Custodian Ventures, who had applied for custodianship). You may know all this already....sorry GunShow_Trader if you do. Because the existing owners found someone to reverse merge in....which is what Custodian Ventures would have done....I dont think the judge could possibly reverse her decision.
