Things have been going on for a while so don't be surprised when this moves, it will move fast... instant bottomline revs already being made since they already have products and have been selling on the market... that can now be counted on the IGEX fins. We also have to confirm the survivor if this is a reverse merger... Since SinFit already should have auditors and they are bringing in revenue, it would be easier for them to survive since going public... this is where the name change and maybe Symbol and CUSIP will change.
