"Tilting at windmills" won't create upside!
Look at the track record. For a small company UAMA spends a lot of time on litigation with NO RESULTS that benefit shareholders. Patent litigation has produced NOTHING in over three (3) years. UAMA, Investel, et al have totally screwed the CCAA Proceedings and that is now over three (3) years duration. Sale of assets to Distributel gutted UAMA enterprise capabilities, employee talent base and now contains some real fall-out risk for UAMA et al through legal costs and liabilities for unpaid employee withholding and sales taxes (said to be $18M). Its possible that potential "conversion" in the matter of unpaid "employee withholdings" could result in indictments. Seems like Benoit Laliberte understands the risk as last May he threatened an Officer of the Court, in writing. The "gutted asset and talent" base are likely the reason that TNW cellular network is INOPERATIVE!. Rumors abound about a cash crisis at UAMA et al and that is maybe the reason Sandeep Panesar has bailed out! Note UAMA in typical fashion continues to list him in the heading above this Investors Hub Board. He was an officer and UAMA had an obligation to advise shareholders in Pink Disclosure documents as this was "Material Information".
