Only 2.9 billion XRP were utilized from the XRP escrow account in 2019. The rest went back into escrow. All of these utilized XRP were purchased under contract to provide for the volume of their particular usage needs. (Like a power company adjusting to new enterprises power needs).

You need to stop reading FUD and start doing DD before you post repeated FUD like a robot.
