I like vate for the following reasons:

1) The have amazing products that taste good and have cbd isolate.
2) The CEO doesnt pump his stock, he let's results speak, shows me it's not a pump and dump from the inside, but an action based company.
3) CEO retired 160M common shares for 1.5M over 10 years, truly a great move for all shareholders
4) Current ratio from balance sheet is like 4 or 5. Most importantly greater then 1, which is very important from an accounting perspective.
5) They have 18 distributors ready to sell Vate products as the production lines evolve.
6) They have revised labels that look outstanding and tie its contents directly to to testing results, in my opinion will meet any regulatory requirements anywhere.
7) They have good gross profit margins.
8) Stock current price is near the 2019 52 week low. .022 was the previous 52 week low before the November/December CBD sector onslaught. Hence buying today is still a fantastic price compared to majority long term shareholders.
9) Florida regulatory structure is in place for CBD and vate is in florida.
10) 100% sure cbd will be approve at some dosage and surely no less then 10mg, for use in the usa in 2020.
11) The company is doing better today then ever in the past 2 or 3 years, timing to buy could hardly be better.
12) The product packaging is 2nd to none.
13) My opinion they dont need to own the Tea/beverage CBD market to be a huge success. they need only need to penetrate a very small percentage to make millions of dollars.
14) They are ready for national distribution whenever the FDA pulls its head out of its enormous ASS.
15) They have potential future connections to Krogers via lucky market when the time is right.

Imho we should be not a penny under .06 right now and even .1 isnt unrealistic based on share structure and balance sheet.
