The way I read and interpreted it, this is the option that is correct. I think you will find a guy named Truitt, who sits on one of POS Squires' boards was the sole owner.

FWIW, I don't think Williams was able to make a sale with Capstan and ditto at QMC. I don't know why they didn't just hire a software engineer and design from scratch. This is especially true given the current timeframe. They gave Truitt a huge amount of shares for nothing IMO. Nothing POS Squires does makes sense.
