Thanks for the offer, just got done reviewing the info from luckyD. Feel a lot more confident that I'm clear on the rules (no matter my opinion of them).
It looks basically impossible to lift the 10 day ban from what I see in section 12(k)(3). Only (1)(B) and (2) can be reversed by the prez, not (1)(A). From what I am reading in that document. Also added the SEC suspension page to my bookmarks for direct access in the future.
As Elk said "companies and traders/investors know this already". That is a fact and I am not afraid to say that it does not matter how much $ one has or does not, is not what gives someone a title. Still learning to one day be able to call myself a trader/investor and help others get there too.
