It really doesn't say much...

Anyone can have controlling interest if it is at zero...

And who boughtthe assets? BioAmber? LCY and was BIOAQ included in that deal? If there is no ties and BIOA not listed as a partner. then it means squat.
They have not bought the debt of BIOAQ. Those include the shares.
In any case, I really don't care until and if it happens...

A lot of talk of dreams but no action.
