Let's say hypothetically that BIOAQ owed $100 mil in debts but were bought out for a mere $4.3 mil...

That money technically would not go to BIOAQ but to pay off the debt.

You don't have residual monies left over since debt is greater than assets. That is a reason why this is or was in BK court, to disiss the debt and have succeeded. This board only exists because the stock has not yet been revoked. But once that happens, even this board will disappear. BIOAQ got paid back on paper but the monies went to pay the debt...

And that is not hypothesis... but real
