In the 12th monitor's report, the monitor discussed in detail the distributions the creditors had agreed to. In the motion filed on 5/21, they detailed those payments to the 3 listed secured creditors who were to be given anything, and the judge gave approval to proceed with those payments in the order a few days later, confirming it with the final order. The monitor's discharge certificate says they have completed all payments.

The monitor's website has the truth if one will avail themselves to the information there.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
