:)_Kam_Cho Brother! &_it's_all_MaJama with_me on_Axel's post, celebrity's Stage4 breast cancer wiped clean with TYME's SM-88. A couple side effects limited to minor darkening of her natural skin color and no hair loss:)

Giving Axel credit for making my weekend. Don't know if he can ensure it's absolutely perfect. I finished my own law, so he can't help me there. Posting from Florida. Maybe Axel's available to shovel snow from driveways of out northern climes.

I like Russel Wilson, but do to my Bride's allegiance to the Niner's since our stay in the greater SF Bay area in the mid-80s, I'm pulling for Jimmy Garrapolo to pull some magic out of his hat during this NFC game today.

Go Jimmy! To keep us on topic here, I'm feeling great about our STRATEGIC Collaboration with Eagle Pharmaceutical. Wondering about your though's and opinions. Up front, I think it deliberately lays out benefits for retail holders, showing a real strength. vs. other treatments I've become used to (inside joke).

TYME is entitled to receive up to a total $40 million as follows:

(1) An initial $20 million upfront. In return, Eagle will receive 10 million restricted shares of TYME’s common stock at $2.00 per share.
I like this as long as our share price is below $2. If this could be consummated NOW, we have a great benefit.

(2) Second $20 million milestone payment upon achieving primary endpoints in pivotal trial results or approval of a cancer indication in the U.S. for SM-88. This payment will be split into:
•A $10 million milestone cash payment
    No caveats
and a $10 million investment in TYME at a 15% premium to the then prevailing market price.
What's not to like here for a retailer?¿

Good Luck to Us All.

Big INVESTORS gig coming this week to San Francisco, nuthin to do with the football game.
