Two things to note fundamentally:

1. The Halving

2. If the price does not move up after the Halving then many, if not most, miners will go under creating a scenario where Bitcoin becomes more centralized. This would change the entire concept of Bitcoin which would could cause the price to collapse. Hard to believe the bigger players (who many feel are controlling the price) would let that happen.

Time will tell.
