Lots of reason for shareholders to be upset with the recent serious mismanagement and splitting a ratio that wiped up many commons which took part in the public offering at the end of 2018. This treatment of commons after this offering has been extremely disturbing but the volume and set-up looks like things will change soon IMO for those who remain.

The split they pushed thru with an increased magnitude guaranteed an immediate drop in price. Interestingly volume has been low thru this D phase.

I still fully believe this is about to change direction very soon after the D comes off It looks like an ugly, ugly, ugly shakeout after heavy accumulation. One of the ugliest ive seen, but I still like the accumulative set-up and as long as it change direction, it was it is in the OTC
