Every play is different. When /if 8k comes through with sinister labs, sooner the better, all will be forgiven and almost everyone will want in. I just hope he finishes that first. He takes months on the first and already signing a second, kinda odd. Must not be a big company because as stated these things take time, ts and is right. I haven't sold but have seized loading until an official 8k. Then the crap about someone going to sinister, sounds like a planned excuse of well Scott doesn't want to do it now, too much drama and craziness. No trust in any otc these days but enough to give them some rope. Good luck
