It doesnt matter who signed what. The company registers an address with the SEC when it files its Form 10. Its up to the company to keep the SEC updated with filings that include the proper information for communication.

The onus is on the company not on any one individual. The SEC suspension has been foretold on outhouse walls for a long time now.
